GameFloHQ Privacy Policy

Information we collect

  • Account and profile information (name, email, phone number, role, team/club details).
  • Player and team data (rosters, schedules, game/event details, attendance, and related metadata).
  • Messages and communication content sent through GameFloHQ features.
  • Media content you upload (for example videos and highlights).
  • Device and usage data needed for app reliability, security, and troubleshooting.

How we use information

  • Provide team, league, tournament, messaging, and live/highlight platform functionality.
  • Maintain account security, prevent abuse, and enforce youth safety and role-based access.
  • Operate support, notifications, and product quality improvements.
  • Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Payments

Payments and billing workflows may be processed by Stripe, Apple, Google Play, and related payment infrastructure providers depending on where you subscribe. GameFloHQ does not store full payment card numbers on our app servers.

SMS messaging

GameFloHQ may send SMS text messages to your mobile number for the following purposes: transactional notifications (such as registration confirmations and schedule changes), platform announcements, and — where you have subscribed to GameFloConnect through your club or organization — club-level communications such as tryout registrations, game-day reminders, and coach broadcasts.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS, you consent to receive these messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by account activity and organization settings. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at support@gameflohq.com.

We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely for the communications described above and are processed by Twilio, our SMS infrastructure provider, under their privacy policy at twilio.com/en-us/legal/privacy.

Sharing with service providers

We share data only as needed with service providers that help us run GameFloHQ (for example hosting, authentication, storage, video processing, email delivery, payments, and SMS delivery), and only for legitimate business and operational purposes.
